Our 24,000 square foot lodge is the perfect venue for your upcoming nuptials. With a great, open room and stunning views of the mountain, it’s the perfect backdrop to the festivities on your special day.
Cascade Lodge Rental Fees
- Entire lodge $3500.00 per day (fits up to 900 people)
- Upper floor combined $2000
- The lone Pine $1500.00 per day (fits 200 people for sit down dinner)
- Kika’s Café $1500.00 per day (fits 120 people for sit down dinner)
- Use of Deck for Ceremony $350
- P.A. system $275.00 per day
Mt. Norquay is happy to help provide other special items or equipment required. Inquire about band and DJ information.
There may be additional charges for set up depending on group requirements and needs.
Bar payment for beverages can be dealt with in several different ways:
- Cash bar
- A subsidized cash bar. The difference between the reduce price and the regular price is invoiced.
- Fully hosted bar. The total amount of the bill is invoiced.
Please note that menu prices are +17% gratuity and 5% GST
Price is subject to change until a group booking agreement is signed and a deposit is received.
