NORQUAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
* Night pass (on sale in September) - Valid night skiing only 5pm to 10pm (Fridays & Saturdays starting January 2014). Includes 25% off on the purchase of a FULL day lift ticket or of a 4hr lift ticket on weekends, 50% off on the purchase of a FULL day lift ticket or of a 4hr lift ticket weekdays (Mon-Fri).
** Midweek Indy Pass: Valid Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm & for night skiing (Fridays & Saturdays from 5pm to 10pm starting in January 2014). Includes 25% off on the purchase of a FULL day lift ticket or of a 4hr lift ticket on weekends.
*** Power of 4 midweek pass: MUST BE PURCHASED IN GROUPS OF 4 (MULTIPLE OF 4). Valid Monday to Friday (9am-4pm). Blackout December 26-29 inclusive, 2013. No refund option available, not upgradable.
- Full-time students ages 18-24 attending a recognized western Canadian high school, university or college. Must present a valid student photo I.D. when pass is processed.
- Family: 2 adults and children up to the ages of 17 living at the same address.
- Passes for full-time students residing at home ages 18-24 can be purchased as a Family Student Add-on with the purchase of a Family pass.

Norquay FULL Season Passes may be upgraded to Big-3 Pass or Rocky Mountain Passport prior to the start of the 2012-13 Ski Season.
SKI LOCKERS
Lockers are located at Mt. Norquay and are only available to season pass holders. The cost is $99 for the first locker and $49.50 for each additional locker. Priority will be given to previous locker tenants. Norquay is not responsible for loss or theft of equipment.
SEASON PASS INSURANCE
Must be purchased in conjunction with season pass or prior to season opening. Single Pass insurance is $25, Family Pass insurance is $50. Not applicable to the Me & My friends pass or the Indy pass.
SEASON PASS REFUND POLICY
There will be NO REFUNDS whatsoever on all season passes unless the Refund Option is purchased at the time of purchase or prior to season opening. The amount of the refund, for those who have purchased the option, will be based on the time of claim, which must be made in writing and received in our office. Refunds will only be considered due to personal medical conditions supported by a doctor’s certificate, or a transfer of employment supported by a letter from your employer. The cost of purchasing the refund option is $25 per pass or $50 per family pass plus GST. The cost of the Refund Option is non-refundable and all season passes are non-transferable (except for corporate passes). Refund amounts will be based on the following criteria:
