Parking in Banff & at Mt. Norquay
Getting around town has never been easier
Park for free at the Banff Train Station
Parking at the Banff Train Station Public Parking lot is strongly advised! Our 500 stall lot is only an 8 minute walk to downtown, where Roam Public Transit connects with all attractions in and around Banff and even connects to Canmore and Lake Louise.
Renting a bike from Bike Banff or a scooter from Banff Scooter? Taking a bike tour with Bike Banff? Enjoy our FREE VIP PARKING directly in front of the Banff Train Station all day!
Free parking to access the Via Ferrata, sightseeing chairlift and Cliffhouse Bistro
If you’re keen on driving the Norquay road to check out the sights on the way up, rest assured that there is ample parking at the base of the resort. You’ll always find a spot in our parking lot and be up on the sightseeing chairlift and in the Cliffhouse Bistro in no time!
Park & Ride!
Prefer to park for the day and still get to the resort? Leave your vehicle at the Train Station and take our free shuttle! Shuttles run hourly, only take 7 minutes (one way) and the full schedule can be found here.
You can do it the other way too! Leave your car at Norquay, and take the shuttle back to Banff and explore. Simply take note of the last shuttle going to Norquay from Banff.
