The amount of the refund with the purchase of this option will be based on the time of the claim, which must be made in writing and received by our office.

Refunds will only be considered due to personal medical conditions supported by a doctor’s certificate, or a transfer of employment supported by a letter from your employer.

The cost of the Refund Option is non-refundable and all season passes are non-transferable.

Refund amounts will be based on the following criteria: DATE CLAIM RECEIVED Prior to Season Opening = 100%, Prior to December 15, 2020 = 90% minus usage, Prior to January 15, 2021 = 75% minus usage, Prior to February 15, 2021 = 50% minus usage, after February 15, 2021 = no refund. (usage will be calculated at the full day lift ticket rate)

Refunds relating to family passes will be calculated only on the individual’s portion of the family pass. For full details of the refund policy please click here.

Terms and Conditions*

This pass is eligible for a ‘No Questions Asked’ refund prior to October 31, 2020. An administration fee of $40.00 applies.

Season Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable after October 31, 2020 unless the refund option is selected and paid for at the time of purchase.

We have implemented a ‘100 Day Operating Guarantee’ should we face a government mandated closure due to COVID-19 that will provide a credit to ward a 2021/21 season pass. Please click here.

Pass MUST be visible at all times. Discounts apply only to the passholder, upon presentation of your pass. Liability waiver to be signed prior to collecting your pass.
