The amount of the refund with the purchase of this option will be
based on the time of the claim, which must be made in writing and
received by our office.
Refunds will only be considered due to personal medical
conditions supported by a doctor’s certificate, or a transfer of
employment supported by a letter from your employer.
The cost of the Refund Option is non-refundable and all season
passes are non-transferable.
Refund amounts will be based on the following criteria: DATE
CLAIM RECEIVED Prior to Season Opening = 100%, Prior to December
15, 2021 = 90% minus usage, Prior to January 15, 2022 = 75% minus
usage, Prior to February 15, 2022 = 50% minus usage, after February
15, 2022 = no refund. (usage will be calculated at the full day
lift ticket rate)
Refunds relating to family passes will be calculated only on the
individual’s portion of the family pass. For full details of the
