Cupid’s on the clock and it’s time to find your Valentine!

Love is in the air at Norquay’s speed dating event where every chairlift ride brings a new opportunity for a chairlift meet with someone special or even your next ski buddy. While going up the lift you have a few minutes to chat and see if there’s a spark. If you hit it off, you can keep the conversation going at the top, or head back down and try your luck with someone else. It’s up to you! Whether you’re looking for love or just a fun night out, there is something for everyone.

It might just be the winter you turned pretty — or at least the one where you found your perfect ski match.

Event Highlights:

5:00 PM to 7:00 PM – Check-In:
Arrive early and get everything you need to head straight to the lift line to get in some warm up laps before the event begins.

7:00 PM – Speed Dating Begins:
Head to the special speed dating lift line, where you’ll be paired with someone new for every chairlift ride. There’s no pressure, just a chance to make a connection! To keep things interesting, we’ve thrown in a fun ice breaker: find your other half…of a playing card and enter a drawing to win a special prize at the Après-Ski Mixer!

8:30 PM – Ice Breaker Bingo:
Time to warm up and mix it up with a fun round of Bingo in the Lone Pine Pub. This is another chance to mingle and win prizes.

9:00 PM – Après-Ski Mixer with Live DJ:
Wrap up the night with drink and food specials at our après-ski mixer! The DJ will be spinning tracks as you keep the conversations going off the slopes. And don’t worry about driving, we’ve got you covered with our FREE shuttle bus service between Banff and Norquay for all our guests!

When: February 7, 2026

Time: Check in starts at 5:00 pm, speed dating kicks off at 7:00 PM, bingo starts at 8:30 PM and the après ski mixer gets underway at 9 PM.

Cost: Register online for $60 (includes your lift ticket) or pay at the door for $65 (includes your lift ticket). If you already have a seasons pass $20

How to Register: Check back for registration or visit Guest Services on the night of between 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

Note: All participants must check in at Guest Services on the day of the event to receive an event briefing.
