Cascade Lodge

Elevate your next event at our beautiful, timber-frame Cascade Lodge – Norquay’s flagship venue, offering 24,000ft2 of spacious mountain ambiance.

During the months of May through to October, we accept one booking per day, so we are pleased to offer to offer exclusive use of the entire Cascade Lodge for your event.

Several rooms are available for reservation, and food and beverage minimums apply. For event rates, please refer to the table provided.

Please note: room rentals include use of all furnishings, plateware and silverware, portable dancefloor, podium, and in-house sound system.

Food and Beverage

Flexible, affordable, delicious. Our catering menus are designed to suit your needs and budget –to view or download our menus, visit [upload menus and insert hyperlink here]. For beverages, bar payments can be set up using cash, subsidised cash, or fully hosted.

Please note: Norquay is the sole supplier of food and beverage items. Prices are subject to 18% service charge + GST. Alcoholic beverage service is permitted from 10am–2am.

Cliffhouse Bistro

Built in the 1950s and refurbished in 2014, this lift-access-only restaurant is known for glorious, panoramic views – and food to match. Our world-class chef, Morne Burger, offers a refreshing spin on mountain-top dining, serving up inspiring menus to please every taste and budget.

For group bookings during summer, the Cliffhouse Bistro is available after 6pm, from mid-June to October. Bookings require a minimum group size of 24 people, and are capped at a maximum of 48 guests. (Limited winter bookings are also available).

Transportation

Need wheels for your next event? We’ve got ‘em!

At Norquay we are pleased to offer a fleet of three, 24-passenger buses for hire. The round trip between Banff and Norquay is approximately 25 – 30 minutes, and this trip can be operated several times to transport your group as needed.

6 hours split (either side of the event/reception): $750
3 hours split (either side of the event/reception): $500
Additional hours: $140
